- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Receive and check materials as per Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.
- Maintain Stock Register, GRN, Issue Slip and Return Slip.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisition.
- Maintain daily stock and material consumption records.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of cement, steel, sand, aggregate, tools, machinery and other construction materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase Department, Site Engineers and Vendors.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about material requirements.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, safety and housekeeping of materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations is required
