We are hiring Store Personnel with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in handling inventory and materials at infrastructure or solar project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end store management at project locations across Maharashtra, ensuring seamless material flow, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to compliance and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site stores including inward/outward movement of materials.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and consumption.

- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and protection of materials.

- Coordinate with procurement, site execution, and logistics teams for material planning.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, issue slips,



and other documentation.

- Ensure materials are issued based on project needs and BOQ.

- Handle unloading, material inspection, and vendor coordination at site.

- Monitor material wastage and report discrepancies, if any.

Key Requirements:

- 4–5 years of experience in store operations at infrastructure or solar project sites.

- Working knowledge of store procedures, stock accounting, and documentation.

- Familiarity with basic computer applications or inventory management software.

- Willing to work at remote project locations across Maharashtra.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
