Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory management, material issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records. The candidate should have good knowledge of inventory control and be comfortable working with ERP/software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory activities.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality as per documents.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and systematic storage of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person about material requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records in Excel/ERP.

Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Store / Inventory / Warehouse operations.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP/software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple store activities efficiently.
