Key Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

- Prepare the OT, instruments, equipment, and supplies before surgery.

- Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices.

- Perform circulating and/or scrub nurse duties as assigned.

- Prepare and check surgical instruments and OT equipment.

- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and transfer.

- Monitor patients and report any changes to the medical team.

- Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.

- Ensure proper counting of instruments, needles, and swabs before and after surgery.

- Assist in post-operative patient transfer and handover.

- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control standards.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.

- Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control, and OT protocols.

- Good communication and teamwork skil
