Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive – Agra is a full-time, on-site role responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various departments within AGRAWAL GROUP OF PUBLICATIONS. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing communication with applicants, and supporting hiring managers in defining role requirements. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases, handling offer and onboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

In addition, the Talent Acquisition Executive contributes to employer branding initiatives, builds talent pipelines, and partners with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets for both general and IT positions at the Agra location.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills,



with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, including supporting initiatives that enhance the organization’s image as an employer of choice.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience, with the ability to understand technical roles and source suitable talent for IT-related positions.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably within publishing, education, or related industries.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR practices.
