Social Media Graphic Designer

Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for conceptualizing and designing high-impact visual content for social media campaigns across multiple platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, layouts, and visual assets for posts, stories, ads, and banners; collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts; and adapting designs to different formats and audiences.





The role involves managing design projects from briefing to delivery, maintaining a consistent brand identity, preparing files for digital use, and staying current with design and social media trends to continuously improve visual communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to ensure transparent, attractive, and readable messaging.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation for brands, including portfolios showcasing relevant work.
- Ability to interpret briefs, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and account teams.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of visual trends in social media and digital advertising.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
