Position - Senior Manager / AVP – AIF Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

What You’ll Do

You will take ownership of AIF Operations, ensuring transactions move smoothly from documentation and onboarding through execution and closure.

You will work closely with Investment, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Trustees and external counsel, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.

You will drive CP/CS tracking, transaction documentation, governance, record management and process controls, while identifying gaps and ensuring timely course correction.

What We’re Looking For

You bring 7–15+ years of experience in AIF / Private Equity / Debt Fund / Real Estate Fund Operations and have robust exposure to transaction documentation and regulatory requirements.

You are detail-oriented,



structured and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, take independent decisions and drive matters to closure.

You don't wait to be told what needs to be done — you take ownership and get it done.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in alternative investments Operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of AIF operations, documentation, and regulations.
- Experience in Category II AIF (Private Equity / Debt Fund / Real Estate Fund).
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.
