What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong balance of design expertise, creative thinking, modular design knowledge, and practical execution understanding . The ideal candidate should be confident in developing design concepts, designing and detailing modular furniture and spaces , preparing detailed drawings, and working closely with vendors and execution teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts, space plans, material palettes, and detailed design proposals
- Design and detail modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, and other custom elements
- Prepare and review working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, hardware, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements
- Coordinate modular designs and production requirements with vendors and execution teams
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic, and buildable design solutions
- Work closely with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is effectively translated on site
- Monitor quality, detailing, and project timelines during execution




- Guide and mentor Junior Interior Designers and support the overall design process
- Take ownership of project deliverables from concept development through completion

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in interior design, with hands-on project experience
- Strong expertise in interior design, space planning, materials, finishes, detailing, and furniture design
- Proven experience in modular furniture design, detailing, and vendor coordination
- Strong understanding of modular construction, materials, hardware, joinery, and production processes
- Ability to develop concepts and translate them into practical, functional, and buildable designs
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for aesthetics, proportions, functionality, materials, and detailing
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, modular vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Details ? Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Experience: 3–4 years
