Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for manufacturing and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing strategies, stakeholder management skills, and experience in hiring for industrial environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

Understand manpower requirements with department heads

. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and consultants.

- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback.
- Negotiate salaries and release offers.
- Ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and reports.




- Build talent pipelines for future hiring

. • Coordinate with recruitment consultancies whenever required.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Support employer branding, campus drives and hiring events.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and policy compliance

. • Achieve hiring targets within defined TAT.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of recruitment experience

. • Manufacturing hiring experience is mandatory. • HR Consultancy background will be an added advantage. • Strong sourcing & recruitment skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Valuable command over MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
