Role Description The Sr.

Graphic

Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves developing brand identities, designing logos, and creating visual assets for print and digital campaigns in advertising and branding. The Sr.

Graphic

Designer will collaborate with account and creative teams, translate briefs into design concepts, and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. Daily tasks include creating layouts, refining typography, preparing production-ready files, and providing design guidance to junior team members.



The role also requires presenting design ideas to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic visual work.
- Expertise in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive brand systems and visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and refine type for clarity and impact.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Experience in advertising and marketing design, including print, digital, and social media assets.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior design role.
