Reporting To: Production Head

Job Purpose The Screw Filling Line Technologist is responsible for technical setting of machine parameters that affect the quality of filled shells. The role involves monitoring and evaluating production processes, deciding machine and process settings based on input materials, and ensuring the quality of explosive-filled shells.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring, control, and analysis of production parameters.
- Adjustment of shell filling recipes according to caliber requirements.
- Monitoring changes in shell drawing documentation and adjusting technological parameters accordingly.




- Analyzing explosive charge quality and correcting machine settings when required.
- Supervising and guiding operators in machine operation and settings.
- Maintaining production process records including input, output, capacity, and quality trends.
- Analyzing product quality and optimizing process and machine settings.
- Ensuring compliance with explosive processing and safety requirements.

Educational Qualification

Must Have:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred:

- Six Sigma Certification.
- APQP & PPAP documentation knowledge as per ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in Defence Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Ammunition or Explosives Manufacturing Industry.
