We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Engineer for a Metro Project to manage quality control activities, material testing, laboratory/field testing, calibration, plant quality monitoring, and quality documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products as per project specifications and approved QAP.
- Perform field and laboratory testing for concrete, bituminous, and non-bituminous works.
- Conduct laboratory trials and ensure compliance with approved mix designs/specifications.
- Monitor calibration of laboratory and plant equipment as per schedule.
- Monitor plant production as per approved mix design/recipe.
- Maintain daily testing, inspection, and quality documentation.
- Ensure proper laboratory housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Monitor polymer usage for concrete pump priming at project sites.
- Coordinate with site, plant, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Support client/consultant inspections and quality audits.
