- Project Scheduling: Creating work schedules (e.g., in MS Project) to ensure timely completion.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience, preferably with high-rise or large infrastructure buildings.
