Job Title: Sr. AI Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Onsite, 4 days in a week)

Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered chatbots, Copilots, and AI agents .
- Build conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms .
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge-driven interactions.
- Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and workflow automation tools .
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks .
- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and technology teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Perform testing, validation, and evaluation of AI applications for accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Continuously improve AI solutions using user feedback, analytics, evaluation results, and performance insights .
- Implement appropriate security, governance, Responsible AI, and data protection practices.
- Support AI solution deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management using DevOps practices .

Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience ,



with strong relevant experience in AI/Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience in Conversational AI, chatbot, Copilot, or AI agent development .
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent conversational AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering .
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementations.
- Experience with API integration and workflow orchestration .
- Pro-code development experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks .
- Programming experience in Python and/or JavaScript .
- Understanding of LLMs, grounding, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval .
- Experience with AI application testing, evaluation, quality assurance, and performance optimization .
- Good understanding of enterprise AI security and Responsible AI practices .
- Experience with Azure AI Services and Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent extensibility is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced RAG architectures, AI observability, and DevOps/CI-CD is an advantage.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
