Duties/Responsibilities

- Preparing sales invoice
- Book entry of sales and purchase invoices
- Clients & Vendors management
- Should have knowledge in preparation of NDA.
- Payment follow up with clients.
- Should handle bank transactions - online & offline.
- To keep coordination with bank for day-to-day transaction.
- Preparation of salary statement and process salary payment
- Maintaining proper documentation for all the above-mentioned tasks.
- Should have knowledge in handling all statutory things independently.
- Coordination with auditors whenever required.
- Should have knowledge in PF & ESI calculation.
- Should have thorough knowledge in accounts finalization.
- Must have general knowledge of filing of Income tax returns.
- Must have knowledge in budget preparation.
- Overall management of day-to-day activities





Required Skills/Abilities

- Having solid knowledge in GST law
- Keep Accuracy in maintaining GST data
- Should possess solid knowledge of Accounts
- Email writing skill
- Disciplined
- Good communication Skill
- Working knowledge of accounting software like Zoho
