About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to serve as a strategic advisor to clients. This role combines solution design expertise with managed services governance, ensuring clients receive continuous business value, system stability, and forward-looking improvements from their SAP investment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Advisory & Solutioning
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements and change requests into scalable functional/technical solutions across PP, QM, EWM
- Design end-to-end integrated solutions considering cross-module impacts (MM, SD, PP-QM-EWM)
- Managed Services Governance
- Provide architectural oversight for enhancements, CRs, and support tickets within AMS scope
- Drive root cause analysis for recurring incidents and design sustainable long-term fixes
- Participate in CAB, SLA/KPI reviews, and Continuous Service Improvement Plans (CSIP)
- Guide prioritization of CR backlogs based on business value and complexity
- Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership
- Act as primary techno-functional escalation point for complex, high-impact issues
- Present solution options,



risk assessments, and improvement roadmaps to client leadership/steering committees
- Mentor functional consultants and support analysts; collaborate with Service Delivery Managers on planning
- Support proposals, effort estimation, and value-realization reporting for managed services engagements

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-15 years SAP experience with deep specialization in PP, QM, and EWM modules
- Solid hands-on and advisory experience across both implementation and managed services (AMS) environments
- Expertise in: MRP, Production/Process Orders, Capacity Planning (PP) | Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, COA (QM) | Warehouse structure, RF solutions, Wave/Yard Management (EWM)
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA, embedded/decentralized EWM, and cross-module integration (PP-QM-EWM-MM-SD)
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Solution Manager)
- Experience with SLA/KPI governance, major incident management, and RCA documentation
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Robust business acumen — able to balance BAU stability with continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred: SAP certification in PP/QM/EWM; ITIL Foundation certification; experience in manufacturing industries (Automotive, Pharma, FMCG); exposure to S/4HANA transformation and multi-year AMS contracts
