As we expand our footprint nationwide, we’re seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Coordinator to streamline operations, accelerate conversions, and support our mission to make solar energy accessible to every Indian household.

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end solar sales pipeline—from lead generation to site assessment, proposal finalization, and handover to installation teams.
- Manage CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to track customer interactions, update deal stages, and generate weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with technical engineers to ensure accurate system sizing, financing options, and ROI calculations for customer proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits; resolve objections and guide prospects through decision-making.




- Schedule and accompany sales executives on site visits; document client requirements, roof conditions, and billing structures.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing sales feedback, refining pitch decks, and participating in community solar awareness drives.
