We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sourcing Manager to lead and manage sourcing activities for blue-collar manpower recruitment for Gulf countries . The ideal candidate should have a strong network of manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing partners, along with in-depth knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, market mapping, mobilization, and compliance requirements.

- Develop, manage, and expand a strong network of manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing partners across India and other relevant regions.
- Lead and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet blue-collar manpower requirements for Gulf countries.
- Conduct regular market mapping and maintain an updated database of agents, candidates, trades, locations, and sourcing capacity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruitment agents and sourcing partners.




- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with agents while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely candidate delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams for shortlisting, selection, documentation, and mobilization .
- Lead urgent and bulk recruitment drives through agent and sourcing networks.
- Monitor sourcing performance, agent productivity, candidate pipelines, and closure timelines.
- Identify new sourcing channels and opportunities to strengthen the company's manpower supply network.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with Gulf recruitment requirements, client specifications, and applicable processes .
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sourcing team to achieve defined recruitment targets.
- Prepare regular sourcing MIS and performance reports for management.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Gulf / overseas blue-collar recruitment and agent sourcing.
- Strong and proven network of active manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing channels .
- Strong knowledge of Gulf manpower recruitment and mobilization processes.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and urgent recruitment drives .
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to lead a sourcing team and deliver targets within tight deadlines.
- Strong market-mapping and sourcing strategy capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple Gulf recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
