About The Role We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating various claim workflows within the health insurance domain, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, business rules, and quality benchmarks.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of performing comprehensive testing activities, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, domain experts, and development teams to identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure seamless system performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain.



Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with TCS BaNCS platform are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent documentation capabilities, and a good understanding of insurance processes, claim lifecycle, and policy administration. Basic SQL knowledge and experience with test management and defect tracking tools are preferred. Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience and immediate availability will be given preference.

Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform to validate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows.
- Create detailed test cases based on business requirements and execute them to identify discrepancies or defects.
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Log, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, business rules, and internal quality standards.




- Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, defect reports, and test results for audit and review purposes.
- Participate in requirement review meetings and provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
