Responsibilities:

- You will be building distributed, fault-tolerant, highly scalable distributed systems.
- Rapidly prototype and incubate recent features and solutions.
- Develop solutions to scale the real-time processing of massive amounts of data.




- Work closely with other development teams to build and prototype solutions cutting across multiple verticals.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Maintain and improve code base on continuous basis
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Develop AI-powered applications using models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.

Basic Qualifications: - Ideal candidate profile

- 7+ years of experience creating highly scalable, high performance distributed applications
- Experience working in agile teams/ processes.
- Apply best coding practices , code reviews, source control management, build processes and unit testing
- Experience in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Experience with scalable, API based agent or service oriented software architecture
- Excellent understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, complexity analysis.
- Must be able to write high quality, fault-tolerant and optimized code in Java.
- Candidates must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Advance knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot framework, MySQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDb, Redis




- Experience in Micro services architecture and distributed systems,HLD and LLD

Must Have

- Excellent coding skills in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot framework
- Experience in relational databases like MySQL
- Experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDb, Redis
- Experience in ORM Frameworks like Hibernate, Spring JPA
- Experience in Micro services architecture and distributed systems
- Experience in Multi threading and concurrency application
- Experience in Queuing systems like RabbitMq & Kafka and Batch programming
- Experience in HLD and LLD
- Detail-oriented and has creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Previous experience in SaaS based company & multi-tenancy
- Research, design and build highly reliable, available and scalable platforms
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Good understanding of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, transformers, and prompt engineering.

Good to Have

- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Previous experience in SaaS based company & multi-tenancy
- Knowledge in AWS and Kubernetes
