About the Role

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to build and grow Truva's digital presence. You'll own our social channels, create engaging content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage Truva's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ideate, create, and publish original, high-quality content aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to create impactful social campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
- Track content performance, engagement, and audience insights to optimize strategy.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative ideas to drive organic growth.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social channels.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Passion for building brands through engaging digital content.

Required Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with content planning and social media analytics tools.
