What you'll do

- Own Instagram and Facebook for one or more consumer brands.
- Build monthly content calendars.
- Create posts, carousels, stories and reels.
- Develop concepts that drive reach and engagement.
- Design and edit social-first content.
- Write captions, hooks and social copy.
- Spot trends, memes and cultural moments.
- Manage publishing and posting schedules.
- Engage with comments, DMs and the community.
- Work with designers, editors, creators and influencers.
- Track reach, engagement, growth and conversions.
- Test current formats and organic growth strategies.

Who we're looking for

- 2–5 years managing social media for consumer brands.




- Experience owning Instagram and Facebook end-to-end.
- Strong portfolio of social or brand-building work.
- Strong understanding of consumer branding and storytelling.
- Excellent eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Strong copywriting and content instincts.
- Comfortable with Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on and comfortable owning execution.
- Based in Bangalore and open to 5 days in-office.

Useful but required Experience with DTC brands, consumer apps or startups, strong organic growth, short-form video, UGC, creator collaborations, influencer campaigns, and US audiences.
