Role Description The Social Media Management Intern role at Crawl Digitally is an on-site position based in Indore. The intern will assist in planning and executing daily social media activities across multiple platforms, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.

Responsibilities include supporting content strategy development, optimizing posts for reach and interaction, and contributing ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, responding to comments where appropriate,



and collaborating with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand voice. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media management within a fast-paced creative agency setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to help grow and manage online communities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to support planning and structuring social media campaigns.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and current social media trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-changing creative requirements.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with design or scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing, social media schedulers) is an added advantage.
