- Influencer & UGC Collaboration: Source micro- and macro-influencers, dermatologists, and User Generated Content (UGC) creators. Build creative briefs, negotiate collaborations, and amplify brand reach. [1, 2, 3]

- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral beauty trends, skincare routines, and audio clips.

- Campaign & Launch Management: Coordinate closely with the design and marketing teams to support new product drops, seasonal promotions, and educational campaigns. [1, 2]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a strong preference for candidates in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, aesthetics, and best practices.
- Creative Skills: Excellent copywriting skills for captivating hooks and calls-to-action (CTAs). Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is highly preferred.
