We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is confident on camera, understands social media trends, and can create content from idea to execution.

This is not a traditional social media management role. You will be actively involved in writing scripts, shooting videos, appearing on camera, and creating engaging content for Growbro.ai.

Key Responsibilities

- Write creative and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn videos.
- Come up with new content ideas around AI, SaaS, startups, business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
- Appear in front of the camera and confidently present content.
- Shoot short-form videos using a smartphone/camera.
- Plan and execute regular content shoots.
- Research viral trends, hooks, formats and competitor content.
- Turn business/product concepts into simple and engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the design and editing team to produce high-quality content.
- Publish and manage content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve hooks, scripts and formats.
- Build a consistent personal and company presence through founder-led and team-led content.

What We're Looking For




- 0–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital media, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Ability to write strong hooks, scripts and CTAs.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas independently.
- Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Basic understanding of video editing is a plus.
- Experience creating content for a startup, SaaS company, personal brand, or business is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,146.51 - ₹35,193.47 per month
