: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our social media campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with influencers and third party alliances to achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:  Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and aid bottom of the funnel.  Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.  Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.  Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.



 Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics using tools and social media analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.  Craft out-of-the-box social campaigns that can go viral including but not limited to innovation, influencer marketing, content partnerships etc  Engage with online communities, platforms and influencers to build relationships, foster brand advocacy, and expand our reach.  Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their integration into our marketing efforts.  Collaborate with influencers and partners to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.  Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including deliverables, compensation, and performance metrics.  Manage agencies to craft compelling campaigns and regular content on all social platforms  Reporting on key metrics  Knowledge of Ai and Llama will be a plus
