Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager with a strong background in Interior Design/Architecture to build and manage our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design aesthetics along with proven social media handling experience, ideally with a well-established personal or professional page/portfolio showcasing content in the design/architecture space. Both full-time and freelance candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with brand identity, ongoing projects, and design trends.
- Capture and curate high-quality photos/videos of completed and ongoing interior design projects.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy that reflect the brand's design philosophy.
- Stay updated with interior design and architecture trends to create relevant, trend-driven content.
- Track and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to highlight projects, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.




- Manage social media interactions — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram/Facebook Ads) to generate leads, if required.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, architects, and design communities.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual style, and quality across all platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong portfolio/personal page demonstrating experience in interior design/architecture content creation.
- Good understanding of design aesthetics, space, materials, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong photography/videography and reels-editing skills.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and ad management tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage content deadlines (especially for freelancers).

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or real estate/lifestyle industry.
- Candidates should have an active, well-maintained page/portfolio (personal or professional) showcasing relevant design/social media content.
- Freelancers with a strong content portfolio are equally encouraged to apply.
