- Daily log sheet collection and checking for its correctness, in consultation with operator at site. Coordination with company. Operation & invoice departments for billing & payment follow-up.
- Maintain smooth coordination with forklift operators & to ensure they come before time so shift change is handed over hand to hand. Maintain breakdown reports with hour meter readings at all the stages.
- Maintain & keep stock records on bin cards. Daily Tool-Box Talk meeting with operators to resolve performance issues.
- Monitor & follow-up preventive maintenance schedule for all forklifts.
- Keep guiding operators for secure practices and handling methods.
