- Material Receipt &
- Inspection:

Inspect incoming civil materials (cement, steel, aggregate, bricks, pipes, utility cables) against delivery challans and Purchase Orders (PO) for correct quantity and quality.

- Inventory Control &

- Stock Logs:

Maintain accurate stock registers (MRN/GRN) and daily physical stock verification to prevent shortages or overstocking.

- Material Issue &

- Tracking:

Issue materials to contractors and labor teams based on approved Requisition Slips, ensuring proper project allocation for both building works and plot layout/infrastructure.

- Storage &

- Wastage Management:

Ensure proper stacking, coverage, and protection of materials against weather, theft, and damage on-site.

- Equipment &

- Tool Management:

Track tools,



machinery, and safety gear (PPE) handed out to workers and ensure their protected return and maintenance logs.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly stock reports, material consumption logs, and wastage summaries for Site Engineers and Management.

- Vendor &

- Dispatch Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage returnable items like empty cement bags, scaffolding, or defective supplies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
