Role Description The Site Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project and sales operations at the site. This role includes supervising on-site sales activities, coordinating with marketing and CRM teams, and ensuring that customer interactions and bookings are handled efficiently and professionally.

The Site

Head monitors project progress, manages site staff, and maintains accurate reporting on leads, visits, conversions, and customer feedback. The role involves ensuring compliance with company processes, representing the brand to walk-in clients and channel partners,



and working closely with senior management to achieve sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or project site operations, preferably within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region or similar urban markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide clear reports on sales performance and site operations.
- Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer buying behavior, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accountability, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and willingness to be present on-site during peak customer hours, including weekends when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant on-site experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
