Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a professional showroom setting.

The ideal candidate should have good personal grooming, skilled communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to confidently interact with customers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and other visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, features, specifications, applications, and pricing to customers.
- Generate leads and convert showroom enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, dealers, and other business contacts.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, arrangement, and visual presentation of products.
- Maintain updated records of showroom enquiries, sales, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor showroom stock, samples, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Ensure showroom discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Guide and monitor showroom staff, if applicable.
- Prepare regular sales and enquiry reports for management.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, events,



and showroom campaigns.

Grooming & Professional Presentation
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Follow the company's dress code and grooming standards.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and presentable appearance while interacting with customers.
- Demonstrate professional body language, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Represent the company and brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, interior products, building materials, furniture, home décor, or a related industry.
- Candidates with experience in premium showrooms and customer-facing sales roles will be preferred.
- Experience in handling architects, interior designers, dealers, and high-value customers will be an added advantage.

Job Type

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
