About the Role :

We are looking for a solid ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The ideal candidate should have practical experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions, developing workflows, configuring risk and compliance processes, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Please note: Candidates with only ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow Administration, or generic ServiceNow support experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow IRM/TPRM applications.
- Implement end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management processes.
- Configure workflows for: Third-party/vendor onboarding, Due diligence, Risk assessments, Reviews, Approvals.
- Configure and customize TPRM questionnaires and assessment templates.
- Implement scoring methodologies, risks, risk statements, controls and control objectives.
- Develop ServiceNow components including : Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Forms, Tables, Fields.
- Build workflow automation using Flow Designer.
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
- Develop and maintain integrations using: REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow workflows, approvals, notifications and integrations.




- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 3+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, specifically TPRM.
- Experience with complete TPRM lifecycle including: Vendor/Third-Party Onboarding, Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, Review, Approval workflows.
- Strong experience configuring: TPRM Questionnaires, Assessment Templates, Scoring Methodologies, Risk, Risk Statements, Controls, Control Objectives.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Forms, Tables and Fields.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API knowledge.
- Experience with both client-side and server-side scripting.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across workflows, approvals, notifications and integrations.
- Age below 28 years as per the current role requirement.
