We are looking for a strong hands-on ServiceNow Platform Architect who can take ownership of platform architecture, technical design, customization, integrations, governance, and enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and customization , along with the ability to define scalable architecture and guide development teams.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Design and own ServiceNow platform architecture for enterprise environments.
- Lead technical solution design, architecture reviews, and platform governance.
- Drive configuration vs. customization decisions and ensure upgrade-safe development.
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and solutions .
- Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Define development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Design and review ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.
- Mentor developers and conduct technical/code reviews.
- Support platform roadmap, modernization, performance optimization, and upgrade initiatives.

?️ Mandatory Technical Skills:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.




- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform / Technical Architect .
- Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting expertise.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Script Includes
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Actions
- UI Policies
- ACLs
- GlideRecord / GlideAjax
- Strong ServiceNow customization and custom application development experience.
- REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security and governance.
- Experience with HLD/LLD and technical solution design.
- Strong understanding of OOTB capabilities, customization strategy and upgrade-safe development .

⭐ Good to Have: ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SAM, SecOps, CSDM and ServiceNow upgrades.
