Role Description The ServiceNow IRM Engineer role at Deloitte Legal is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the engineer designs, configures, and maintains ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules to support legal and risk operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing workflows, customizing forms and dashboards, integrating IRM with other systems, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards. The engineer collaborates with legal, risk, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and optimize existing IRM processes.



The role also involves monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, supporting upgrades, and documenting configurations to enable consistent and secure use of the platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for maintaining and enhancing ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, analyze risk data, and optimize IRM workflows and configurations.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and address user issues.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platforms, preferably in IRM, GRC, or related modules.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, or legal operations processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in ServiceNow or IRM/GRC are a plus.
