Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Manager with 7+ years of software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, ServiceNow application testing, test strategy, automation, team leadership, and Agile QA processes.

The candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow testing activities across ITSM, CSM, Custom Applications/App Engine, and Integrations, while driving automation initiatives using ATF and ensuring high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute ATF automated test cases and test suites.
- Identify suitable manual test cases for automation and drive continuous improvement of test coverage.
- Perform and oversee manual testing across ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Test ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related workflows.
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) testing is required.
- Test Custom Applications and ServiceNow App Engine solutions.
- Validate ServiceNow integrations with external systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, system, smoke, sanity,



and end-to-end testing.
- Manage defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, and closure using appropriate defect management tools.
- Review requirements and business processes to identify testing requirements and potential risks.
- Collaborate with developers, ServiceNow administrators, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor manual and automation testing teams.
- Track testing progress, quality metrics, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and organizational processes.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation, reports, dashboards, and release sign-offs.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users for issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve test processes, automation coverage, and overall QA efficiency.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall software testing experience.
- Significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Prior manual testing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and application workflows.
- Experience testing ITSM, CSM,



Custom Applications/App Engine, and Integrations.
- Robust knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience leading testing teams and managing QA deliverables.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, Agile/Scrum methodology, and defect management.
- Experience in test planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and release management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve testing blockers.
- Provide regular status updates and quality reports to project stakeholders.

Certifications

Mandatory:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
