ServiceNow Specialists

CSM

- Solid experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including Case Management, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, and Workspace configurations

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, integrations (REST/API), Flow Designer, business rules, and workflow customization

- Experience working in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, support engagements, stakeholder interactions, testing, and deployment activities

S2P

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), Procurement Case Management, and Source-to-Pay Operations

- Experience in designing/configuring workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, and automation of procurement and supplier processes.

- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/Procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, along with stakeholder management and requirement gathering

SPM

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM),



Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Agile Delivery

- Hands-on experience in configuring SPM workflows, portfolio governance, demand intake, financial planning, resource capacity management, dashboards, and reporting

- Experience integrating ServiceNow SPM with Agile/ERP platforms and delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, testing, and stakeholder management.

Event Management

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Event Management, alert correlation, event rules, MID Server configuration, monitoring tools integration, and incident automation

- Hands-on experience in configuring event rules, alerts, connectors, orchestration workflows, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise monitoring solutions

Experience in end-to-end implementation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and production support of Event Management solutions
