Job Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.

- Explain and recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, and related products.

- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for stock availability and order processing.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

- Keep updated knowledge of product specifications, designs, brands, and pricing.

- Ensure excellent customer service and a professional showroom experience.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in tiles, sanitary ware, bath fittings, or building material sales.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.

- Candidates with experience in Jaquar, Cera, Orientbell, or similar brands will be preferred.
