Service Engineer Job Title: Service Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery at customer locations. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and service equipment/machinery at client locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical/electrical issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions. Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently. Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.

Explain equipment operation and maintenance procedures to customers. Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams when required.



Ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Travel to customer sites as required for service and maintenance work.

Requirements: ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in service engineering or maintenance preferred. Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and tools. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel to client locations. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
