Urgent opening Service Engineer (Installation & Commissioning)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning

- Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of bagging machines.
- Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as per specifications.
- Conduct functional tests and trial runs to verify machine performance.

1. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging machines.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for breakdowns and repairs.

1. Customer Support & Training

- Train customer personnel on machine operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize machine performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare detailed service reports, commissioning checklists, and test results.
- Document modifications, spare parts usage, and service activities.
- Provide feedback to the design and production teams for continuous product improvement.

1. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Follow site-specific safety protocols while working at customer locations.





Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electronics/
- Instrumentation/Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years in machine installation, commissioning, or servicing (preferably in bagging/packaging machinery).

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- Flexible work schedule based on project and customer requirements
- and willing to traveling pan India and International Travel.
- Valid passport (if international travel is required).
