Service Process Management

- Oversee the repair and maintenance operations to ensure adherence to service quality standards.

Operations Management

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including spare parts and tools, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained in positive working condition.

Customer Satisfaction

- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels through surveys and direct communication.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Compliance and Safety

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all service processes and operations comply with company policies.

Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on service performance, customer satisfaction.
- Analyze service data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop action plans based on data insights to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Strategic Planning and Execution





- Participate in the development of strategic plans for service operations.
- Implement strategic initiatives and monitor their impact on service operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to align service center goals with overall company objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues.
- Onsite battery rectification support for customers.

Skills:

- Must be from Battery Background.
- 3 -8 Years of Experience in Battery Assembly.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
