Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Event Management professional to implement and support monitoring and event management capabilities. The role will focus on integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow, processing events, and enabling effective alert and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
- Integrate monitoring and management tools with ServiceNow for event ingestion.
- Configure event rules, event field mappings, alert correlation, and event processing.
- Work on alert generation, deduplication, enrichment, and routing to appropriate teams.
- Support integration of monitoring tools through REST APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub or other supported methods.
- Configure event-to-alert and alert-to-incident processes based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot event processing, integration, and monitoring issues.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities.
- Work with infrastructure, application, and ServiceNow teams to improve monitoring and incident automation.





Required Skills

- Strong ServiceNow ITOM/Event Management knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert management.
- Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of MID Server, REST APIs and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB is an advantage.
- Experience with event correlation, alert rules, and automated incident creation.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications &

Experience

- Relevant ServiceNow ITOM/Event Management experience.
- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementation or support projects.
- ServiceNow ITOM certification is preferred.
