Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Link Building Specialist to design and execute high-impact off-page SEO and link acquisition strategies. In this role, you will focus on acquiring authoritative, contextually relevant backlinks from reputable websites to boost domain authority, improve search engine rankings, and drive target organic traffic.

You will work closely with our content and technical SEO teams, executing ethical (white-hat) outreach, digital PR, and relationship-building campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

- Link Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify and vet high-authority domain opportunities using SEO tools and advanced search operators.
- Outreach Campaigns: Craft personalized pitch emails to webmasters, bloggers, industry journalists, and editors to secure guest posts, link insertions, and brand mentions.
- Competitor Backlink Analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor link profiles to uncover new outreach avenues and gap opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with external site owners, publishers, and influencers.
- Strategy Execution: Implement tactical link-building strategies, including broken link building,



unlinked brand mentions, resource page placements, and skyscraper outreach.
- Profile Monitoring & Maintenance: Regularly monitor our backlink profile, identify toxic/spam links, and perform disavow submission procedures when necessary.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track outreach metrics (response rates, acquired placements, domain rating impacts) and generate performance reports using analytics tools.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in off-page SEO and link outreach.
- Tool Proficiency: Solid proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic) and outreach platforms (BuzzStream, Respona, Pitchbox, or Hunter.io).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English skills with the ability to write persuasive, professional outreach pitches.
- SEO Best Practices: Solid understanding of Google's Webmaster Guidelines, link attributes (rel="nofollow", sponsored, ugc), and strict adherence to white-hat link acquisition.
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset capable of evaluating domain quality metrics (DR/DA, organic traffic, trust flow, link velocity) beyond vanity numbers.

Pay: ₹60.00 - ₹100.00 per hour
