Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Sr. Visual Designer to manage and guide our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with marketing/creative agencies and handling real estate branding and marketing projects from scratch.

The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative campaigns while ensuring high-quality visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the creative/design team for daily tasks and project execution.
- Handle real estate branding, hospitality, and marketing projects from scratch to final execution.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project planning and creative approvals.
- Review and approve designs, presentations, videos, and campaign creatives.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative industry standards.

Required Skills

- Strong experience working with creative/marketing agencies.
- Experience in handling real estate projects, hospitality, and campaigns.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Excellent branding and visual communication skills.
- Strong team management and communication abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design/creative designing.
- Prior experience in team handling or creative leadership is preferred.

Preferred Qualities

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and campaign projects.
- Experience in digital marketing and advertising creatives.
- Problem-solving mindset and leadership abilities.
