Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications across the stack. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based backend development, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and microservices-based platform development.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performing applications while collaborating with architects, product managers, UX teams, and DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop reusable and maintainable application components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Implement state management and modern frontend design patterns.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.




- Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Support CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

- Participate in application design and architecture discussions.
- Implement event-driven and distributed architectures.
- Drive engineering best practices, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration

- Work closely with product owners, architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.

- Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI Agents
- GraphQL development
- Event streaming technologies such as Kafka
- Experience in Product Engineering organizations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
