- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to all patients admitted to the rehabilitation centre.

- Patient Assessment: Conduct regular assessment of patients and monitor vital signs, general condition, and progress.

- Doctor’s Instructions: Follow and implement all treatment plans and instructions given by doctors and consultants.

- Rehabilitation Support: Coordinate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support the patient's rehabilitation programme.

- 24×7 Nursing Supervision: Ensure continuous nursing care and proper monitoring of patients during assigned shifts.

- Emergency Management: Identify emergency conditions promptly and take appropriate immediate nursing action while informing the concerned doctor.

- Tracheostomy &
- Catheter Care:

Provide proper tracheostomy, catheter, suctioning, and other specialised nursing care as required.

- Bedside Monitoring: Monitor patients using multipara monitors and other medical equipment whenever required.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, vital charts, treatment records, and patient progress reports.

- Handover &

- Takeover:

Provide proper shift handover regarding patient condition, medication, treatment, pending investigations, and important observations.

- Infection Control: Follow all infection-control procedures, hand hygiene practices, PPE requirements, and biomedical waste-management protocols.

- Patient &

- Attendant Communication:

Communicate professionally with patients and their attendants and explain routine nursing procedures when required.

- Patient Safety: Ensure patient safety, fall prevention, proper positioning, pressure-sore prevention, and safe mobilisation practices.

- Nutrition &

- Feeding:





Ensure patients receive food and feeding as per the prescribed diet chart and monitor feeding-related requirements.

- Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, attendants, housekeeping staff, diagnostic services, and administration for smooth patient care.

- Equipment &

- Supplies:

Ensure proper availability and use of nursing equipment, emergency supplies, medicines, and consumables.

- Shift Discipline: Report on time, maintain proper uniform and professional conduct, and complete all assigned duties during the shift.

- Supervision of Junior Staff: Guide and supervise junior nurses, nursing assistants, and attendants in providing safe and quality patient care.

- Quality &

- Compliance:

Follow all centre policies, SOPs, nursing protocols, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

- Patient Progress Reporting: Report significant changes in patient condition to the Nursing Supervisor/Doctor immediately and maintain proper records.

- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical information, records, and personal details.

- Emergency Preparedness: Ensure emergency medicines, oxygen, suction equipment, emergency trolley, and other essential equipment are ready for use.

- Professional Responsibility: Maintain a compassionate, respectful, disciplined, and patient-focused approach at all times.

- Other Duties: Perform any other nursing-related duties assigned by the Nursing Head, Medical Team, or Management in the interest of patient care and the organisation.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
