What will you enjoy in this role?
As a Senior Engineer in the Cleanroom team, you will drive the design, delivery, and operations of mission-critical cloud infrastructure and platform services. You will define infrastructure and DevOps standards, implement automation and cloud engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the Cleanroom platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and resilient to support sustained business growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS by using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), containerization, and cloud-native DevOps practices to build resilient enterprise platforms.
- Work hands-on across the infrastructure technology stack—including AWS services, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Databricks, and automation tools—to design, provision, deploy, configure, and operate cloud infrastructure while owning the end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and maintain reusable, scalable infrastructure components and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate infrastructure provisioning,
application deployments, testing, configuration management, and release processes while actively participating in architecture and technical design reviews.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker platforms, and Databricks infrastructure, while driving platform engineering, infrastructure automation, monitoring, operational excellence, reliability, security, and infrastructure standardization across cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, Load Balancers, and networking fundamentals.
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including cluster administration, container orchestration, deployment strategies, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, along with GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience managing Databricks infrastructure, including workspace administration, cluster management, networking, security, and platform configuration.
- Strong experience in cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, configuration management, infrastructure operations, and release management.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery strategies for cloud-native platforms.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve complex infrastructure and platform engineering challenges.
Nice to have:
- AWS and Databricks certifications.
- Experience working with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI systems, with experience designing and deploying AI driven solutions.
