We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer with strong experience in ITSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, scripting, and integrations . The candidate will be responsible for administering, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management .
- Implement and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
- Manage and maintain the CMDB , ensuring accurate CI data, relationships, and data integrity.
- Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping .
- Develop and manage integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune , and other enterprise systems.
- Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, workflows, and automation .
- Manage ServiceNow users, roles, permissions, and ACLs .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform and configuration issues.
- Support software license compliance, contract management, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.




- Plan and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, including feature assessment, testing, stakeholder coordination, and deployment.
- Identify new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Ensure user issues are resolved within agreed SLA/performance metrics .
- Follow ServiceNow and ITIL best practices and maintain platform security and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field .
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and support.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules .
- Hands-on experience with HAM and SAM .
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping .
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow scripting/development experience .
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer .
- Experience developing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune integrations.
- Strong understanding of ACLs, roles, permissions, and ServiceNow security .
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles .
- Experience handling critical incidents and complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple business requirements.
