About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can independently own SEO projects and be accountable for their performance and results.

This is not just an execution role . We’re looking for someone who can analyze websites, identify opportunities, develop SEO strategies, recommend what needs to be done, and take responsibility for driving those recommendations forward.

You may have the support of 1–2 interns when required , but you will be expected to take ownership of the overall SEO strategy, execution, monitoring, and results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Independently manage SEO for multiple websites/projects.
- Develop and recommend SEO strategies based on business goals, competition, and data .
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities based on search intent and potential business impact.
- Handle and oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO .
- Conduct SEO audits and create clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work with content, development, and other teams to get SEO recommendations implemented.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant SEO KPIs.
- Analyze performance regularly and proactively recommend improvements.
- Research competitors and identify gaps and recent opportunities.
- Keep up with search algorithm changes and evolving SEO practices.




- Create clear SEO reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should be done next .
- Guide and manage 1–2 SEO interns when required , including assigning and reviewing their work.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic search growth .
- Ability to independently create and execute an SEO strategy.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization .
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog , or similar SEO platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Good understanding of how SEO contributes to leads, sales, and overall business growth , not just rankings and traffic.
- Ability to identify problems independently instead of waiting for tasks to be assigned.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to coordinate with developers, content writers, designers, and other team members.
- Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results .
