Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead business development for Electrical Control Panels and Industrial Electrical Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proven industrial B2B sales experience, and the ability to develop key accounts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business development for PCC, MCC, APFC, Electrical Control Panels.
- Develop current business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry, technical discussion, and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Engineering/Estimation teams for suitable technical solutions.
- Review and drive techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Identify upcoming industrial projects and develop them into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, and Project teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals.





Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 4–8 Years in Electrical Control Panel Sales / Industrial Electrical Sales.
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of PCC, MCC, PLC, Automation, and Electrical Control Panels.
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage key accounts and sales pipelines.
- Strong commercial understanding with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Electrical Projects, EPC, or Industrial Electrical Solutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
