Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.

- Conduct market research and identify potential clients.

- Meet customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.

- Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and clarifications.

- Work with the Techno-Commercial team to prepare and submit quotations.

- Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to secure orders.

- Generate and achieve sales targets through effective business development.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and discussions.





Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

- 5-7 years of overall experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication or similar engineering/manufacturing industry.

- Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Industrial Sales.

- Robust communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Good understanding of technical products and manufacturing processes.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
